We have the availability of a well equipped area, where expert staff carries out the assembly of electronic boards, plastic, metallic and optic parts that are used for the construction of the final products, even of the complex ones.
We handle anything concerning the production of a complete equipment:

• Electronic assembly of all parts;
• Mechanical assembling;
• Wiring production;
• Assembly of the boards within the equipment;
• Tests and intermediate controls, functional tests: this allows us to verify the effective conformity of the device to the construction specifications;
• Burn In Test: is the final test, that validates the device’s functioning in general operational conditions. The product undergoes thermal variations, more or less sudden, and realistic humidity conditions.

The product is completed by the packaging that, under request of the customer, can contain labels and tags with the customer’s logo.
