DERTEL S.r.l. was born in the 1997 spring with the purpose of supporting the activities of subcontracting, especially for specific manufacturings of prototyping, production and tests of electronic boards, equipment and instruments.

Today DERTEL is a reality of a trustworthy technical depth that offers to its customers, among the services of prototyping, production and board test, also a valid engineering support for the activities strictly related to the company’s mission.

The company can count on a specialized staff that has a long-standing experience in the domain of electronics. It is based within an operative structure of 400 square meters, with an external area and a parking area that cover near 1000 square meters.

Since September 2003, DERTEL has obtained the Certification for its own Quality Management system according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards of DNV, the certifying authority, with an ACCREDIA accreditation. Since July 2012 DERTEL has updated its quality system and obtained the UNI EN 9001:2008 (ISO 9001:2008) certification.

Also Dertel to ensure another of the finished product quality control and has been certified IPC-A-610-F

We always work in the full respect of the legal provisions of the D.L. 81 and of the ESD legislation. Within our establishment we have installed:

• DEK INFINITY precision silk-screen printing
• Precision manual silk-screen printing
• Two MYCRONIC MY300 installations for the positioning of the SMD components with an overall theoretical potentiality of 32000 comp/hour
• Two MYDATA MY9 installations for the positioning of the SMD components with an overall theoretical potentiality of 27000 comp/hour
• A.O.I machine Mirtec
• Manual positioning machine for SMD sampling
• Vapour Phase ASSCON VP3000 oven for the controlled temperature welding of SMT printed circuits
• Vapour Phase ASSCON VP450 oven for the controlled temperature welding of SMT printed circuits
• Two IEMME ARIES (lead free e SnPb) lines for the welding of PTH components
